Site down time

The chapter links are being screwy. They're all out of order and I can't figure out why. My host might need to take the site down to poke around and figure out what's what. So if the site's not up and running later that's why.

What happened to chapters 31-39? Is is part of the screwy links or do these chapters simply not exist?

Chapters 31-39 are still there, but for some reason the drag and drop interface isn't working so they keep going out of order. My host is on it but I haven't heard anything yet.
